 
- Carved and painted Whirligig
of Uncle Sam in good operable condition and original paint. Has
wear, as shown, due to outdoor use. The figure stands apprx.
18" high, although the paddles extend up to 22"when
in fully vertical position. Found in southern Vermont.
Probably dates to mid-20th century, although it could be earlier.
