- Large ladle with fine painting
of Native American in bowl and wonderful floral decorations on
handle and exterior of bowl. Carved from one piece of wood, likely
a tree branch with a burl which was used for the bowl. Highly
skilled carving! Paint appears to be original with minor
expected wear from use and one old minor restoration and touch
up to edge of bowl. 21" long and 5 ¼"
wide at bowl. Probably Native American made, circa late 19th-
early 20th century. Found in Canada. (CJ-13).
